You can log in to your SoxSquad Account here to check your points, access campaigns, and find your shareable discount code or link.

Q. When and how do I get paid my commission? ▼

Commission payments are processed monthly. You can track your earnings in your Account, and we'll notify you when payments are sent out!

Q. How do I move up the milestone ladder? ▼

Earn points by:
✔️ Sharing your discount code or link (you earn commission on every purchase made!)
✔️ Joining and completing campaign requirements
✔️ Completing bonus Actions (these can be done multiple times!)

How do I access my exclusive SoxSquad discounts? ▼

As a SoxSquad member, you receive two discount codes:

  • A personal code for your own orders.
  • A shareable code/link to give to your followers, friends, and family. This code helps you earn commission on their purchases.

You can find both codes in your Ambassador platform. If you need help accessing it, let us know!

Can I share my personal discount code with others? ▼

No, your personal discount code is just for you. To share a discount and earn commission, use your shareable code or referral link instead.

How do I track my commission from my shareable code/link? ▼

Log in to the Ambassador platform to track your commissions, referral activity, and rewards.

How do I get featured on ToeSox Australia’s social media? ▼

Tag us in your posts and stories using @toesoxaustralia and #SoxSquad for a chance to be featured! High-quality, creative content has the best chance of being reshared.

Am I required to post a certain number of times per month? ▼

There are no strict posting requirements, but active members who regularly share and engage with ToeSox Australia may receive extra perks!

How often will I receive updates or new opportunities from ToeSox Australia? ▼

We’ll keep you updated with exciting opportunities, new product launches, and exclusive SoxSquad campaigns through email and our Ambassador platform. Stay tuned for special events and promotions to help you engage with your audience!

What happens if I’m inactive for a while? ▼

We understand that life gets busy! If you haven’t engaged in a while, we may check in. Long-term inactivity may result in being rotated out to make room for new ambassadors.

Can I collaborate with other brands while being in the SoxSquad? ▼

Yes! We just ask that you genuinely love and support ToeSox Australia and maintain authenticity when promoting us.
