"The Tavi women’s activewear has now become my everyday active wear at the studio. I started off with just a couple of items and have now increased my wardrobe to what feel likes the whole range! After my first couple of days wearing Tavi while teaching sessions and participating in the sessions myself, I had never felt more comfortable in my yoga wear. There was no riding up and no sagging in the crotch area because there is nothing worse than needing to readjust or pull up your leggings after each exercise. The waist band is firm but not to the point where it’s cutting you in half - even after eating morning tea I still felt comfortable!

The Tavi Women’s Activewear is light to wear and lets the body breath. The fact there are no seams on the outside of the leggings gives a sleeker look and it's nice to be able to take them off at the end of the day and not have line marks down my legs. I first started wearing the Tavi range when the weather was still a little warmer and I personally get quite hot when taking part in a Pilates session. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the Tavi bras and tanks are so cooling. Once you get a little sweaty they don't stick to you or make you twice as hot. The Tavi bras fit true to size (as do all the range to be honest) but most importantly they provide support without digging into you or squashing your boobs!

Now that its winter I still find the leggings to be warm enough to wear on these cooler days and the long sleeve tops add a nice bit of extra warmth but still look stylish with the cute twist at the bottom. The true test for me though with any clothing is the wash test, making sure they hold their shape, colour and don't lose the elasticity.

My Tavi gym clothes for women have now been washed many times and I can quite confidently say that I have no issues or complaints. My Tavi yoga clothes still look great, wear well and hold me in place just like it did when I first got it.
